Unresponsive device

Fitbit bought on may 2019, died in January 2020 its less than 9 months old, it won't charge or turn on i am disgusted with this, its clean, and in perfect condition just won't switch on or charge! What can i do!

As has been mentioned in other forum threads, you might need to do a "hard reset" by pressing all three buttons for about 30 seconds until the logo is shown. This worked for me, at least.

@A.gibo I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
