My Iconic just went blank. I won’t reset, turn on or reset. It worked when I took it off before I went to bed. Woke up and wasn’t working.

Seems odd that your device is not responding anymore. If you haven't already done so, please check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which was really helpful for other users that experience the same situation.

Best AnswerThank you for your assistance. I clean the contacts on the back of my Fitbit and the pins on the charging cable. It is still not turning on or charging.
Best AnswerMine went blank today too. Working fine this morning then noticed at work it was blank. Wont turn on, won't charge .
They replaced my ionic just 4 months ago 😏
