Ionic went blank and unresponsive

I have had my Ionic for just over a year and I was loving it.  two days ago it went blank and I can't get it to start or do anything.  I have tried charging it, restarting it.  I have been through all the FAQ's and trouble shooting and nothing is helping.  What else can I do to get it working again?

Mine is doing the same thing! It was acting a bit weird these last few days and now the screen is just a weird dark blue color.
