Can anyone help? My ionic has worked perfectly up to this weekend, where I put it on charge and it has remained shut down since. The only thing I have seen on the screen has been an orange triange with an :exclamation_mark: through it.

I have never showered in it and have looked after it well. It has not been knocked or dropped. It is just 18 months old. I have cleaned all charging points, it has been charging for hours with no sign of turning on. Can it be fixed?

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
