Unresponsive device

I recently had issues with my ionic with the last update. Those appeared to be resolved and everything was fine again.

 

Just before Christmas my ionic suddenly went blank. The watch screen was a black background originally but now its a black box shape with a white border and that’s it. 

 

I have tried several times to re-boot it and even hard reset it but its completely useless right now. 

 

Help...
