My watch no longer tracks steps or HR after the most recent update. It also seems the display no longer activates due to motion, even though that setting is on. It basically only tells time. I really loved this watch, but it's short lifespan has me filled with regret to spend so much on a watch that doesn't last. I'd love for Fitbit to fix these common issues, but it seems many others are experiencing the same or worse issues. Has anyone successfully overcome these issues. I've done soft and hard resets, deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
