How do we receive proper resolution? I am just beside myself. We had two GPS Ionics. They are only 18 months old. Two weeks ago, my husband's did an update. For days, we tried all the trouble shooting tips. It was completely black (dead). I called support, they offered a 25% off coupon. As I checked the Fitbit site, it posted a 4 week delivery. I checked Amazon, delivery was free, next day, and $20 LESS than the discounted price Fitbit offered. NOW, two days ago, my Ionic was prompted for an update. It also, will not do a reset. It is completely dead. So, almost $1,000 on 3 Ionics and I am supposed to purchase another one? This is CLEARLY a firmware issue. Fitbit needs to take responsibility and own up to this problem.

Mine did the same thing. That last updated made my ionic unresponsive in about a week. The heart rate monitor went first then the watch turned off and will not turn back on. Extremely frustrating. Can anything be done I’m an avid runner and need my watch!!!

Same issue for me... fitbit will be obsolete soon due to the terrible product support and more innovative companies taking market share every day. Being the first provider only gets you so far... Very sad.

My Ionic went dead today while running. I did an update over the weekend. I’m disappointed there is not a resolution to this issue. I have had no issues with this watch prior. Very frustrating FitBit.
