Taps and swipes recently stopped working. The time displays when I turn my wrist but nothing happens when I tap or swipe. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Very frustrating - can’t even get to the shut down button.

Mine too. If I do a reset touch screen works for a few hours then totally unresponsive. Waiting on FITBIT support for help on a fix
