Unable to increase brightness

Hi everyone. Just bought a new Ionic. The creek is on Dim. Went to settings and I’m unable to click on the brightness setting. It’s not highlighting so I can’t choose another brightness level. 


Is there another way to turn up the brightness?

Scroll on down and make sure "Sleep Mode" is Off.

Thank you for the tip and the time to write me back. But that didn’t help me. I got rid up returning the watch and getting a replacement. So far , so good. Thanks!
