So I have been using the Fitbit since Christmas. Have not been having any issues until the app on my phone told me there was an update. The app instructed the watch be charging and close to the phone with a full charge since it could take a while. Started the process and waited for quit some time. Then noticed it to me I was having a Bluetooth issue. The android phone told me that I had to restart Bluetooth and continue, so I did and waited again wi the same results several times. Always with a sync issue and to restart Bluetooth. I've tried several options in the forums holding buttons, forgetting Bluetooth devices and losing my mind. Now with a blank screen on the watch and unable to pair the watch with my phone, what else can I do?

So I find once again how useful your children can be when it comes to technology. After trying and working on this for two days, my son walks in as I'm talking about this issue and he goes let me see it. I told him I've pushed and all the buttons and it still didn't work. Wouldn't you know it, 10 seconds later he hands me back to watch with the logo coming on. I asked what did he do and he says he pushed all the buttons at once. Like I didn't try that already. **ahem** kids!
