I'm trying to update my iconic but it keeps saying can't find tracker.

This is what I would do.First,shutdown the tracker and start it back up.If that doesn’t work,Turn off all-day sync and “forget” the tracker or erase from device bt settings.If all else fails,Delete the tracker from your account and add it back again.If all else than all else fails,Hit that factory reset button. Hope this long explaination works.

Okay so I'm trying to pair my ionic to my phone and it's saying that I need
to charge it and turn my Bluetooth settung on which it is. Please help. I
love my fitbit I've had it for 4 months it should not be messing up like
this.

So.....From what you have said,It looks like you have deleted your Ionic from your account.Delete it from Bluetooth settings if you haven’t already.Delete the app from your phone and then re-install it.Try to set up the ionic again.If that fails....Thrn you have to press factory reset in settings....
