Upgrading from Charge 2 to Ionic

Got ionic as gift. Have a Charge 2 now. Want to transfer Charge 2 to husband and register my new ionic. Help!!

I would do this in the morning as sometimes it causes problems and the other person gets your steps and badges. Make sure you sync the device before turning it over. And remove it from your Bluetooth

Remove the Charge 2 from your account.

Computer: Go to setting click on device name and scroll to the bottom you will see where to remove it.

Phone: Tap on Device and you will see a garbage can and that will remove it.

Very simple, create a Fitbit account for your husband (if he doesn't have one) add your charge 2 to that account and add your ionic to your account.
