My country is not added in the list so I cannot get weather updates etc

tnis is not a big task can the admins please forward this message to the appropriate department so that they can add Pakistan and it’s major cities so that we can also receive weather updates regards Faisal

Feel free to add your suggestion to the feature suggestions subforum where the fitbit community can vote, add comments.. when there's enough interest it can be picked up by the fitbit developers to consider integrating the functionality.

Hello Faisal this is Faisal Humayun. Does your ionic sync? I have been facing this problem since i received mine have gotten one tracker replaced but still no results. Somehow the bluetooth of the watch is not detectable.

I M USING ONE PLUS 3

ITS ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MONEY

THE IONIC IS NOT SYNCING WITH ANY TYPE OF PHONE. I TRIED ALL

THE BLUE TOOTH IS NOT DETECTING, NEITHER CONECTING THROUGH WIFI

I THINK I LOST MY MONEY

When getting a replacement tracker from Fitbit, the remaining warranty period still counts. When having warranty left, it's possible to contact the fitbit support team

 

It's up to them to decide regarding warranty..
