Urgent matter!! Battery full charge and it last only on 20minutes before total flat.

I have brought Fitbit Ionic last year on April 2018 and just last 2 month the battery drained fast till I don't have to wear it. Please help as I try to factory reset it from my Fitbit Ionic setting and still the same. 

Its been difficult for me to keep trace without my Fitbit Ionic.

Urgent advise needed!!

Last month I encounter the problem where once fully charge the battery last for 20 minutes then it ran out flat.

Sounds like a common problem as i'm also suffering from this. Someone else has replied and said so are they.

 

Hopefully we can all get a solution
