Fitbit Ionic, Adidas edition, not receiving text messages anymore.  Calls usually come through, but not always.  I have tried EVERYTHING!  I called customer support 2 times, they just informed me that this is a known issue, and that is it.  This has been happening for about 2 months on my watch, when the hell is this going to be corrected?

I have similar issue, and heard this to be a known issue. Unfortunately, they don't provide resolution timeline, too bad.
