My ionic keeps vibrating as if I have received a notification but it tells me I have nothing new. It does this multiple times a minute and will eventually switch to the exercise screen. I've tried resetting and all of the other quick fixes I could find and nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @AHodge15, welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for providing all the details about your Ionic vibrating constantly. As @WendyB mentioned, a restart should be of help to resolve inconveniences with the vibration of the device and the display, thank you for confirming you already tried this process.
I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, you should be getting a reply soon.

Hi, I am also having this problem with my Ionic. Repeated vibrations to tell me “Nothing new here” and also switching back and forth to the exercise screen. The right side button doesn’t function either. Eventually the battery wears out prematurely. What can I do?
