Hi All,

Gave in to the temptation of getting the Ionic and also have a Charge 2.

My is can you use 2 trackers at different times and will it sync from both trackers to the one account.

I want to use my Charge 2 at work and Ionic out of work and when working out.

Thanks for any help you can give me

Yes you can. You just add the Ionic as a new device to your account. Then when you swap from one tracker  another, sync both, making sure the one you are putting on is synced last. Do that every time you swap and hopefully swapping will be trouble free! I occasionally have problems (I lose some steps) but usually becaue I havent waited till the tracker I am putting on has finished syncing and it doesnt actually finish the sync.

Thanks for your reply. Surely when you sync on the app and both are on they will both sync at the same time or an I missing something?

For a short time I had my Blaze and my Ionic on the app at the same time. I noticed when I sync'd up the Ionic the Blaze then copied the information and they both had the same steps counts ETC. I had to turn off the bluetooth to the Blaze to stop this from happening.

Isn’t that good?

i used my charge 2 at Gym, it registered 9,000 steps, which updated to the app. I then put the ionic on, synced and that also had 9,000 steps for the day, which I thought was great.
