Using after a year can not unlock

Hi everyone just wondered if anyone can help me please. I’ve not used my Fitbit for over a year and can not get into it - it keeps asking for the unlock code which I cannot remember I’ve tried multiple codes. Any ideas how I get around this please? Thanks

As long as your fitbit is still connected to the app then you can unlock it from there:
