I've loaded strava as the ionic doesn't record GPS for water sports like dragon boating, kayaking etc. How do I now record the activity via my fitbit?

All Strava does is let you look at very limited info after certain exercises like running or biking recorded in the Exercise app on the Ionic.  Dragon boating and kayaking are not supported unfortunately.  Strava on Fitbit is only a viewer and very dumbed down vs the Strava mobile app on a cellphone.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
