Do you have a Versa or an Ionic? You have posted in the Ionic forum but mentionna Versa nearly a year old which is no possible as they have only been out less around months.
What exactly is the problem with the screen? However, in any case try restarting the watch several times and see if that fixes your issues. If it doesnt try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). Let us know how you go
