Vibration settings on ionic

Hello

I'm pretty new to the ionic but wondered if anyone can help. I love the notification feature where it vibrates etc but wondered if there was anything where you could set a time from when it stops notifying to notifying again? I'm thinking more when I'm in bed or does this automatically recognise that I'm asleep?

If this isn't a feature is there a quick way on the watch itself to turn off vibration?

Swipe left to Settings and touch Notifications and you can choose to turn them off when exercising and when sleeping.
