I bought the Ionic so that I would be able to listen to music while running without carrying my phone with me. I am able to do that through the Pandora app, but so far I have been completely unable to adjust the volume. The music comes through my Bluetooth earbuds at a deafening volume. When I try to use the volume controls, they light up as if to indicate they are working, but the volume never changes.

@JonBr Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
When music is playing, play or pause the track or tap the arrow icons to skip to the next track or previous track. Press the + and - icons to control the volume.
Since you're getting the volume control buttons but they aren't working, please restart your watch and try once again.

I restarted my Ionic and nothing changed.
