Hi, my fitbit is broken so I’ve been given a 50% voucher to get a new one. I’m looking at getting the Ionic because I go swimming a lot. Can I use it with that model? Need to know before I redeem the voucher. Thanks 🙂

I saw other people mention that they were unable to use the discount towards an Ionic. It's best to contact fitbit support for a definite answer though.

they wouldn't let me use it against the ionic.so i just replaced my surge for free then sold it and put the money towards the ionic.
