Is anyone else's ionic going crazy? I have had problems all week. I finally got it to update and now it has a mind of it's own. It will now sync to my app on my phone. Now though my screen is dim and I cant swipe. I cant see my goals on my watch but I can on my phone and tablet. Do I have to shut it down? Do I have to update again even though I just did it? I don't know what to do.

Hi @PurpleUnicorn, I would try the factory reset to make sure there aren't any bugs in the device.  Hold down all three buttons and it will do a factory reset, so you will need to set it up again.  While you're at it, give it a good charge before you set it up again.
