Waiting for replacement Ionic

July 24th my Ionic stopped charging, it's now Aug 16th and I am still waiting for fitbit to send me a replacement. I have gone one whole month without a device. Has anyone else suffered through this? I think they use stage coach for delivery. The absolute worst service ever. Will be leaving to samsung very soon. They should allow customers to pay for expedited shipping. They also need LTE service for the watch so you dont have to tv try and cram the device full of music and listen to the same stuff each day until you switch out. One month - just terrible!!!!!

At least I am not alone. I just got a note from the losers at fitbit saying
my new device will arrive in 5 to 7 days, they are using fed ex smartpost
which goes through the us postal service because they are cheap, cheap,
cheap.

I am done. Once this thing dies which I am guessing will be 6 months I am
off to samsung or maybe even apple who know how to care for customers.

Fit bit is a rinky dink operation for sure.
