Wake and heart rate

I just reset my FitBit Ionic because it was showing 77k steps after I woke up this morning. I completed a factory reset and repaired with my iPhone and now the heart rate isn't working and the device will not wake up when I raise my wrist. I have held down the left button and set the Screen Wake to auto and still have to hit a button to have it wake up. Any guidance on how to correct this issue and have the heart rate information working?

Just an update...my steps are also no longer calculating. I have done another rest and have changed my watch face and recalibrated the sensors but no luck. I purchased my device in June and hate that its now having issues. The firmware is up to date as well.
