Hi All

Bought Ionic couple weeks ago but just recently started using music app.I have noticed that no walk is recognised if during walk music was on.It works when music is off.Is it fixable or simply it is the way ionic works?

It's great to have you here @Pytek23! It's pretty weird that your walk isn't being recognized while the music is on. I would like you to make sure you've properly set SmartTrack option in your watch and to try to restart it. How many times has it happened? Are you playing music you downloaded or is it from your phone?

It seems to work now after I did reset of a watch.Hope it stays that way.

@Pytek23 You will find that, more often than not, a restart of the watch will fix most of the issues you might encounter while using the Ionic.
