Over the last couple of weeks I’ve had my credit card not show up on my ionic Fitbit. I’ve had to delete the card off the phone app and then put it back on again. When I push the button to bring up the card it has the message “set up wallet, no cards have been added to your wallet” yet on the phone app it’s there. Any ideas?

Has there been enough time to sync the cards to the ionic. This may take a minute.
If this is not the case then I would reach out to Fitbit.

It’s had the same card linked for over 6 months without a problem but now it just won’t come up on the Fitbit. It’s still on the app and I’ve restarted the Fitbit and it still won’t come up

I'm not sure what is going on, you say that you removed the card from the app but that it is still connected.
I would remove the card and add again, or get in touch with Fitbit.

I'm having the same problem. I add my card, the bank verifies the information, its setup in the wallet.
Then the next day its gone. Why does it disappear? I've gone thru setup twice.

same problem here.
I used the card on my ionic for a Long time, and today it disappears from my watch, but still shows in my phone’s app.
restart the watch not fix.

If I can remember correctly I think I took the card off the app and watch and re added it again for it to work
