Watch not tracking steps properly

My watch that has been working perfectly up until last week is no longer tracking my steps accurately, there is a huge difference to what my watch is saying I’m doing to what I’m actually doing and it today didn’t correctly track my active minutes, it only logged 14 mins of a 37 min bike ride. How do I correct this?

Thanks I had done that in the end I had to set watch back to factory settings, delete the Fitbit app from my phone, remove the watch from the app and reinstall rightbback from the beginning again, hoping this will fix it
