My watch screen was working perfectly until a week ago. Suddenly there's no heart rate or activity displayed. Only the time. It does come up on my phone app, but not my watch

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If you are using a 3rd party watch face, contact the developer.

@Exercisetolive Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the experience you were having with your watch not showing data on its screen.
I just wanted to thank you for posting the solution on this thread. Whenever something like this happens; the best thing to do is to try changing the clock face to a different one. This helps on getting them back as there are some clock faces that will have this nature (third parties). Good thing is that the Fitbit App Gallery offers hundreds of different options for you to select.
I will leave the steps on how to change the clock face on Fitbit watches for other users to have the chance to perform this if needed.
