Hi was still wondering is the actual ionic watch face/Fitbit waterproof without connecting the straps/band to it?

I've submerged my Ionic multiple times in a tub without attaching the band. I do it to clean up and rinse the Ionic at least once a day. Just make sure that your Ionic doesn't have the hardware issue (gap on the screen) as we have seen from other post.
