Weak vibrations in Ionic

My ionic is updated to firmware 27.71.6.19. The vibrations are very weak. There is no difference between normal or strong setting. How to resolve this issue? I need strong vibrations for alaram and notifications.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix this situation, I recommend you to restart your Ionic following the next steps:

1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I tried the above method but it didn't help. The vibrations are very weak even in strong mode. Please help.

i had the same problem with ionic since from 27.70.8.0, and after update to firmware 27.71.6.19 the problem not fix.

I had:

- Current firmware is 27.71.6.19

- Restart ionic (read from here)

- Remove ionic on the phone app, on bluetooth connection

- shutdown ionic (setting --> about -->shutdown)

- Change notification options on phone app.

(other problem is the screen is too dark with Auto option)

All done with no luck

Is there any fix for this? It seems to be a software bug. The vibrations are weak enough to miss notifications if you are actively engaged in other work.

Can this weak vibration be added in bug list of firmware 71.6.19 so that it may be addressed in any upcoming updates. Please keep us posted.
