Has anyone else had any problems with the weather app on there fit bit ionic not working after update

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

If you're still experiencing issues with the weather app, check the following settings: 

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? 
  • All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
