I've had my ionic for about 3 years now. A couple of days ago it had died so I changed it to 100%. The same day it kept shutting off requiring me to hold both buttons to turn it back on waiting with the logo popping as it turns on. The battery was now on 30% and it kept shutting down for the past couple of days while trying to charge it a couple of times. Just this night it was at about 35% and checking it about 20mins later it shut down and said the battery was at 0% when rebooting. The only other battery problems I've had is the charger won't work sometime but only after trying to reconnect it a few times. This happens about every time now I try charging it for a while now. I think the contacts are wearing out. I would not say this is the root of my main problem because once I get it to charge to 100% it would go days on that charge and have been doing this for a couple of months now before the shutting down issue! I have been looking at buying a different brand of a smartwatch would it be time to start looking into them? Any help would be much appreciated and any comments from anyone having the same issue would be nice. 🙂
