I've just had my replacement ionic and ive searched the device and cannot find the weather app anywhere.

im sure it was on my last one, even though it didn't actually display anything.

i find the whole navigation of the menus impossible

At the top of the Ionic Settings page, click on Apps and scroll down to Weather.
