Hello @UsernameAlec and welcome. Is the Dashboard you are referring to in the Fitbit App on your phone? If so, please advise on the OS for your phone and also try Resetting your Ionic. Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release. After you complete the Reset, resync your device to your phone.
