Exercise App Not Workong

When I select the exercise app on my ionic it just flashed and returns to the home screen.  I have tried turning the watch off and on but still will not work.  I have a couple of races coming up and really need this to work.  Please help.

Hi @drums4monty, good to see you around.

I know you said you turned your Ionic off, but have you tried performing a restart? Instructions on how to do that can be found here. It's usually best to do this a few times.

I now have tried restarting a few times now and it still won’t work.  Getting annoyed 😡

The only other thing I can think of would be a full factory reset. As it sounds like a software issue I would think that would definitely fix things, of course this should definitely be a last resort.

If you do decide to factory reset, it's recommended that you first sync the Ionic to your account (so that you don't lose any data) and then remove it from your account as well as unpairing it from your phones Bluetooth.
