Ionic half syncs with the iOS app. Syncs but steps won’t update for the weekly total and the watch tries to sync 3 or 4 times and the line only makes it half way.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome.  Please try the following:

 

Resetting your Ionic.  Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release.
