Messed up my Ionic!! Hrm won't turn off. My 250 steps an hour won't sync,it unpaired itself from my phone and now its saying WiFi is off when its not. Oh yes the brightness won't dim.

This sounds weird, let me help you out. As a first step I recommend performing the restart, your tracker got unpaired set it up as a new device.
