Ionic not working properly

I purchased the Ionic watch last week with such high hopes and loved it the minute I put it on.  But it did not work or  log properly.  Missing data, days, minutes, the calories and miles off each day, never matching and I got so tired of calling Fitbit that I have returned it and gone back to my Charge HR. So disappointing.

Thanks for staying loyal to Fitbit. I totally understand your frustration to this matter and the hard time that might caused you. Fitbit is always trying to improve their products and services and the Fitbit Community is the best place to make your voice heard.
