My ionic didn’t want to sync with my phone, so I restarded but it didn’t. An X came up saying that tha DATA wasn’t cleared, that I need it to sync and try again.
I went and tray but nothing happened, I’m very worry about my watch, can you please tell me if there is something that I could do.

Best AnswerThis happened to me before. What I did was went onto the fitbit app on my phone and went to set up new device, select Ionic and it should find your Ionic again. You should be able to go through the setup process to restore your Ionic.
Best AnswerIt looks like you did a factory reset verses a soft reset. Try going into your phone and setting it up as a new device and let us know what happens!
