What does Score: 139 mean on the screen?

A friend has an Ionic, it’s come up with the bit I’ve circled. 

I wondered if anyone would be able to give me an idea as to what it is and what it means please?

It does not look like a Fitbit Clock face. So he would need to ask the developer what it is

It's an activity score. I found the watch face its called Bold Greeting.
