What is Fitbit doing to solve the latest update problems that screwed up everybody's Ionic?

My Ionic does not keep correct time and my exercise stats are overlapping into the next day.  Always a half day behind on time. The Fitbit app is not showing step count anymore. We should be warrantied for their screw up!!!!!!!!!

I would check the timezone, maybe change it to a manual setting then choose the correct timezone and sync.
