Does anybody know how to get apps like Facebook messenger or WhatsApp on my ionic .

On the phone app, go to the Ionic options (tap on the icon on the upper right of the dashboard then tap on the Ionic tile), tap on the notifications and then tap on apps. scroll down and set the apps you want to see notifications on.  Hope this helps. Let me know if you run into problems.

It’s got messenger on now as well as WhatsApp , can you put email and Facebook notifications on though.

Yes, you should be able to do that by scrolling down the list and checking off the email and facebook apps. I have checked off my Amazon app and it sends me notifications about any of my purchases.
