I have a Fitbit Ionic and started a workout and pressed Pause and Start to cut out moments I wasn't active. In Fitbits Android app, an uninterrupted Heart Rate graph is shown. I can't see where I paused.

@jkaltes It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the screenshot shared and the troubleshooting tried.
The heart rate graph will vary and show the times where you stopped or exercised. However, this won't show you splits for the time you stopped unless you remove your Ionic from your wrist you will see blank spaces.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

When I put a piece of thick paper between my watch and my arm during the pause or remove my watch from my wrist, the Fitbit app still shows an unbroken heart rate graph. How is that possible?
