Time not showing

My ionic was working fine this morning and this afternoon sometime I was getting vibrations for notifications, but the screen is blank when looked at watch.  Also, on the watch home screen the clock time us not showing, nor are any of the step counts, HR, any thing, and un the app screens, its showing the icons, but none of the description names under them, IE exercise, weather, music, etc...

How do I fix this?  I've already done a reset and it still persists

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I did a factory reset, but can't do the shut off as the following picture is what I see in my settings
