Because my Ionic Fitbit Watch has the dreaded Black Screen, and wont turn on, I'm hoping a moderator can help me, out with a query

 

Are you able to tell me, when I first set up  my Ionic Fitbit Watch, as this might help me in obtaining a copy of my receipt from Argos

 

If I'm correct in my assumptions, I bought the Ionic Watch sometime in Aug 2017, or maybe Oct 2017

Did you buy the Ionic around release date? If so, you mentioned you purchased it from Argos who started selling the Ionic at the beginning of October 2017.
