Reposting due to a previous post removed ,not sure why.

As previously mentioned, I have tried all the solutions thrown my way by the support team. I have answered each of the bullet points with my answered/findings only to be removed. How do I receive support?

Basically I am using this fitbit just for time and date, nothing else because the battery would drain quickly. Once it had a full charge (all day), soon as this is disconnected from power, I lose 3% already from 100%. Sorry, this is not acceptable, since I've had this Ionic, I've not been able to use any other features due to this. I am using the factory standard clock face, removed features that are not necessary to me and the battery life is not up to standard.

Again, I was disappointed to find my previous post was violating (somehow) on the community board.

Thanks for your reply. Fitbit support confirmed the battery drains considerably quick so am now getting a replacement sent out.

Appreciate your help and have a great day!
