My father has an ionic and for some reason his Deezer app on his watch seems to be not working as music is loaded on and can be seen. But when pressing play or shuffle nothing happens, and the headphones are connected. And even when there are no headphones connected and you press play it doesn't even come up with the message no headphones connected like mine does. It's as if it's frozen? Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing any ideas????

A warm welcome to the Community @Bobbins28! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. Although Deezer allows you to upload personal music files to your playlists, these tracks can’t be downloaded to your watch. When you download a playlist that contains personal music files, the unsupported tracks won’t appear on your watch. If a playlist only contains personal music files, the playlist won’t appear in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app.
Occasionally, there are other reasons why a track from the Deezer catalog is unavailable for playback. For more information, see support.deezer.com.
Let me know the outcome!
