Hello - is there a timeline when the LG G7 be supported? Just got the phone and am baffled/disappointed/irritated it's not supported and I have to utilize a workaround to get it to sync.
What's the deal?

Usually Fitbit doesn't announce when new phones are supported, so it's best to keep checking the "List Of Supported Devices"

Honestly, it's starting to annoy me a lot. I cam from windows phone to my V35, and now wallet isn't supported. I don't know why fitbit doesn't understand the concept of open sdk. Wallet should be open for all users. Otherwise I have no purpose in using an ionic. I was able to use everything other than text reply on my Lumia 950 XL (makes sense because Microsoft wanted the phone to die) but I had wallet. Now I'm on a major market OS and phone and my wallet is gone again. Support was a waste of time. They spent fifteen minutes reading out of a book and got me nowhere.

I am extremely frustrated my LG G7 device is STILL not yet compatible. It has been months with no updates and irritating workarounds that only work briefly. This is not what customers expect from a $200 smartwatch. It's inexcusable, frankly, and is leading me to have to spend more for a new device that actually works.
I have a request - can FitBit please share a plan of when new devices will be supported, or at least target dates? The lack of knowledge and transparency is particularly concerning and, honestly, is part of the reason I'm going to buy a non-FitBit device. According to the email replies from a different thread on the topic, I'm one of many who are fed up with the lack of support and knowledge from the FB team on when I can expect my $200 device to work with my phone. It's insane.
